Find Your Dream Apartment

I lived at a MOD Equities apartment for 2 years. It was a great experience. Very responsive management and always willing to go the extra mile for tenants. Beautiful old buildings in great locations with modern appliances. Would definitely recommend!

Mod Equities just took over managing our apartment complex and right away I saw things getting fixed that should have been fixed long ago. They take very good care of the grounds. We haven't had to use maintenance yet so can't speak of that but overall impression of Mod Equities so far has been super. I also highly recommend the apartments in West Hartford they manage as they are fabulous big apartments in a great neighborhood with an easy walk to many restaurants.

I have been renting my apartment (which is amazingly beautiful, btw) in the Wooster Square area with them for the past two years, and I can honestly say that, in all my years of renting, they are the ONLY management company I've ever had who truly listens to, and cares for (and about) their tenants!!!! The maintenance guys (June & D.J.) are incredible, and have always responded to any request I've ever had, immediately - even when that meant coming out at 7:30 pm on a Sunday evening when my heat was not working properly.

I lived in a Mod Equities building for a couple of years and it was great! Work order were completed on time, management was nice and responsive, and our building was kept clean and safe. I loved my apartment! Highly recommend!

So impressed with this company. Professional, efficient, courteous. Never had a single issue...the building im in is beautifully ran and managed and customer service is spot on. I highly recommend! I'd give 6 stars if I could
